Find Housing
Prospective Tenants
If you live in Wellington City, have a housing need and are on a low income or WINZ benefit, the Wellington Housing Trust may be able to help.
We probably won’t be able to provide immediate assistance as we have a limited number of properties and a low turnover of tenants; however, we will be able to add you to our waiting list.
To apply for our housing, download our application pack (PDF, 337kb). The pack contains an expression of interest form which you can print out, fill in and send to us. Our postal address is PO Box 24-179, Manners Street, Wellington 6142.
Alternatively, you can request an application pack by contacting us on 04 384 4854 or info@wht.org.nz.
